Certainly, you have the option to cancel all products within 24 hours of placing the order. We will initiate a 100% refund, and you will receive a confirmation email. However, please note that Ready To Ship orders are ineligible for cancellations if they are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Upon order confirmation, we promptly begin processing your order. The steps of picking, stitching or customizing, packaging, and logistics are initiated, and the ordered product has usually advanced through several stages.
We provide a provision for cancellations after 24 hours. However, orders canceled after this timeframe are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team, depending on the progress of the order. If we have already progressed with Stitching or shipping, we cannot offer you the cancellation. Please contact us immediately if you change your mind.

Returns

Certainly, at Sakhi Fashions, we strive to cultivate a strong bond with our customers rather than merely making transactions. Although we take rigorous measures to ensure that your orders are delivered in impeccable condition, there is a possibility that:

Anything outside this is not eligible for returns. If customer still insists for returns which is outside the above like ” Did not like the colour or fabric , changed the mind , given wrong size during order ” , Customer need to demonstrate the product is with tags , not used and unboxing video is a must. We will investigate on case by case basis and issue Refund by subtracting the actual Shipment charges and Processing fee of $15 AUD. And customer has to send the product back to Australian Shop location at their own cost.

Any clearance items are not eligible for Refund.

We kindly request that you reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any complaints concerning damaged products, manufacturing defects, or any other concerns. Anything beyond this timeline is not eligible for Returns / Refunds . We require unboxing video mandatorily to confirm the defect from our side.

Please note that any products purchased from our ‘Sale’ section /on Clearance will not be eligible for returns under our Returns Policy.
Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for products dispatched to us more than 2 days after the receipt of the shipment. Therefore, ensure that you report the issue to us and promptly dispatch the product once we approve the return request.
Please refrain from dispatching items before receiving a confirmation email from us, as we will be unable to accommodate such requests. Any returns , customer is responsible for sending the product back to us at their own expense.
