Ordering and Pricing
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does custom embroidery cost?
Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, garment type, and quantity. A standard left-chest logo embroidery on a polo shirt typically costs $10-20 per garment for embroidery alone, with garment costs additional. Digitising your logo is a one-time setup fee of approximately $30-80 depending on design complexity. Contact ShopAce for a quote based on your specific logo and quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
DTF printing has very low or no minimum order requirements, making it suitable for orders of one to a few items. Embroidery minimums vary — for first orders including digitising, a minimum of 6-12 pieces is typical. Screen printing minimums start at 12-24 pieces. Contact ShopAce to discuss your specific quantity.
How do I get a quote?
Email support@shopace.com.au or use the contact form at shopace.com.au with your garment type, quantity, logo file, and any specific requirements. ShopAce responds to all quote requests within one business day.
Do prices include GST?
All ShopAce pricing includes GST unless otherwise stated. Tax invoices are provided with all orders for business accounting purposes.
Artwork and Digitising
Frequently Asked Questions
What file format should I send for my logo?
Vector files are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or SVG. If you only have a raster image, supply a PNG or JPEG at 300dpi or higher at the actual print size. Low-resolution screenshots are not suitable for embroidery or printing.
What is digitising and do I have to pay for it every time?
Digitising converts your logo artwork into an embroidery stitch file that machines can read. It is a one-time setup cost (typically $30-80 depending on design complexity). Once complete, your digitised file is stored by ShopAce and used for all future orders at no additional charge.
What if I do not have a vector version of my logo?
ShopAce may be able to redraw your logo as a vector file for an additional fee. Contact the team to discuss your artwork situation before placing an order.
Will I see a preview before my garments are produced?
Yes. For embroidery orders, ShopAce provides a digital preview of the digitised stitch file before production begins. You can request adjustments at this stage. Physical sample sew-outs are available on request for larger orders.
Turnaround and Delivery
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a custom embroidery order take?

What is the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?
