Sublimation for bayside clubs and crews
Alongside the embroidery and printing above, sublimation is our third method, and out towards the bay it earns its keep on the water. Long-sleeve fishing and sun shirts are sublimated for a practical reason: the artwork is dyed into the polyester rather than layered onto it, so a UV-rated fabric stays breathable and there is no printed panel to go stiff, crack or trap heat.
The same applies to anything worn in salt and sun all weekend. Nothing sits on the surface, so there is nothing for the weather to lift.

Small numbers are no problem when we print onto stock polyester garments — including a single shirt. A full cut-and-sew run, where the fabric is printed before the garment is sewn, needs a minimum quantity and more lead time but lets the design run unbroken across every seam.
