They need to match the school's colours exactly, survive a term of playground wear, come in every size from prep to senior, and be ready before the school year starts. That's a supply job as much as a decorating one, and it helps to work with someone who's done it before.

Embroidery or print for school logos

School crests are usually embroidered. A stitched crest looks proper, survives constant washing, and holds up to how hard kids wear their gear. For sports and house shirts with big designs or numbers, printing often makes more sense.

We'll advise which suits each garment. A common setup is an embroidered crest on the everyday polo and printed house shirts for carnivals.

Getting the colours and crest right

The crest is the part that matters most, and it has to be exact. We digitise the school crest carefully and keep the file on record, so every polo across every size and every year matches. Colours are matched to the school's specified shades and locked in, so the blue on a prep polo is the same blue on a senior jacket.

Once it's set up, reorders are straightforward, which is what a uniform shop or P&C needs when they're restocking before Term 1.
