What you can put on a custom t-shirt

  • Your business logo for staff and uniform tees
  • Event or team artwork for groups, clubs, schools and fundraisers
  • Slogans, names and numbers on the front, back or sleeve
  • Full-colour or photographic designs using DTF printing
  • A simple bold logo in bulk using screen printing

Front, back, sleeve, or all three. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll lay it out.

Print or embroider your tees?

Most t-shirts are printed, because print handles colour, detail and big designs better and costs less on tees. Embroidery is an option for a small, premium chest logo, but for most shirt designs, printing is the move.

For printing, we'll use screen printing on larger runs of simple designs (best value per shirt) or DTF for full-colour, detailed or smaller orders. You don't need to know which you want — send the design and quantity and we'll recommend the method.

Custom tees for every job

  • Business and staff shirts. A cheaper, more casual alternative to polos, good for warehouse, events and active roles.
  • Events and promotions. Market days, expos, open days, charity runs — get your crew in matching shirts.
  • Teams and clubs. Training tees, supporter shirts, end-of-season gear. Add names and numbers per shirt.
  • Schools and groups. Class shirts, camp shirts, fundraiser tees in bulk.
  • One-offs and gifts. DTF makes a quantity of one worth doing.

Quality that lasts past the first wash

A cheap custom tee that cracks after two washes is a false economy. Two things make the difference: a decent garment and a properly cured print. We use quality blanks (AS Colour and similar) and cure prints so they hold up. Wash inside out in cold water and your shirt keeps looking right.

T-shirt FAQs

Can I order just one custom t-shirt?

Yes. No minimum. DTF printing makes single shirts and small numbers practical and affordable.

How much is a custom t-shirt?

It depends on the shirt, the design and the quantity. Bulk simple prints are cheapest per shirt; small full-colour runs cost a bit more each. Send your details for a firm price.

What file should I send for my design?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the best result, but send whatever you have. We'll tell you if it needs cleaning up and can often sort it out.

How long do custom t-shirts take?

Around 2–7 business days from proof approval. Got an event date? Tell us early and we'll work to it.

Can you do names and numbers on team shirts?

Yes. We add individual names and numbers per shirt, which suits clubs and teams.

Will the print last?

Yes, with care. We cure prints properly and use quality blanks. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid the dryer on high heat.

Can you print on coloured and dark shirts?

Yes. Dark shirts need a white underbase under the print, which we handle. It can add a little to the cost, which we'll mention upfront.

Do you supply the shirts or do I bring my own?

We supply them, which keeps colours and stock consistent. We can sometimes print on shirts you supply if they suit the method.
