Printing makes more sense than embroidery for big, bold or detailed designs, or when you need a lot of shirts for one event. Screen printing suits larger runs with a few solid colours. DTF (direct to film) handles full-colour artwork and small quantities without extra setup.

Sublimated club kit for junior sport
Saturday mornings out here are all about junior sport, and sublimation is how most club kit gets made. The design is dyed into the polyester rather than sitting on top of it, so colours stay bright and nothing cracks or peels, even after a season of muddy washes.
Names and numbers for each player don't cost extra, because every piece is printed individually anyway. That makes it easy for volunteer committees in Forest Lake and the newer estates to order a full squad in one go.

Our Sumner showroom sits in the Sumner Park industrial area, just north of the Ipswich Motorway. From Forest Lake, Richlands or Ellen Grove it's a quick trip, which makes a real difference when you want to check a garment colour or grab a rush order on the way home.
You can come in, feel the fabrics, hold a polo up against your logo colours and sort sizes on the spot. It saves a lot of back and forth over email, especially for first orders.
Production happens at our Redbank workshop, which isn't open to the public. So Sumner is where you'll collect, look at samples and talk through the job with us.

- We recommend a method and quote. Embroidery, print or sublimation, plus garments and a timeframe.
- You approve the artwork. On larger orders we'll make a sample first so you can check it.
- We produce it in-house at our Redbank workshop, usually within 2–7 business days.
- Pick up or get it delivered. Collect from Sumner or we'll deliver to your door.
