How long does a school uniform order take?

Most orders take 2–7 business days from artwork approval. For the start-of-year rush, get your order in early so there's time for proofs and samples.

Can our school order small top-ups during the year?

Yes. There's no minimum on embroidery or stock garments, and your crest stays on file, so a handful of jumpers mid-year will match the original run.

Can you add staff names to scrubs for a Greenslopes clinic?

Yes. We can embroider your practice logo and each person's name, and supply the scrubs or polos as well.

Do you print shirts for university clubs and events?

Yes. We print tees and hoodies for student clubs, teams and events using screen printing or DTF, depending on the design and quantity.

Will a reorder match my last order?

Yes. We keep your stitch file and colour notes, so reorders come out the same. If a garment has been discontinued we'll suggest the closest match.

Is there a minimum for sublimated sports kit?

Not on stock polyester garments, which can be done in very small numbers. Full cut-and-sew kit has a minimum and needs more lead time, because the garments are made after artwork approval.

Can I see a sample before committing to a big order?

Yes. On larger orders we provide a proof and a sample first, and you can see garments and thread colours at the Sumner showroom.
