We use two main printing methods. Screen printing is the best value for bigger runs of one design, like 80 identical shirts for a club event. DTF printing suits short runs, detailed full-colour artwork and jobs where every shirt has a different name. We'll recommend one once we see your design and numbers, and we'll be upfront if embroidery would suit better.

Sublimated kit for inner-west clubs

Sublimation dyes the design into polyester using heat, so the print is part of the fabric. It won't crack or peel, and full colour costs the same as a single colour. That's why it's the standard for modern sports kit.

Around Ashgrove, Bardon and Red Hill there are plenty of junior and senior clubs, and the unis add rowing, rugby, hockey and ultimate teams. Names and numbers are included at no extra cost because each garment is printed on its own.

2. We suggest garments and a method, then quote.
3. We digitise or set up the artwork and send a proof. Bigger runs get a sample.
4. We produce it at our Redbank workshop, usually within 2–7 business days of approval.
5. Collect it at Sumner or have it delivered to your shop, office or clubhouse.
