Sublimation, when stitching is not the answer

A stitched logo is durable and looks professional at small sizes. Push it bigger — a full-back design, a photographic image, a colour gradient — and the stitch count makes the garment heavy and stiff, and fine detail is lost. Sublimation solves that by dyeing the artwork into polyester fabric instead. There is no thread, no weight and no per-colour cost, so a design with forty colours costs the same as one with two.
