Redbank Plains is one of Ipswich's biggest suburbs, and the area around it is a real mix. You've got newer estates in Bellbird Park and Augustine Heights, the golf-course streets of Brookwater, established neighbourhoods in Collingwood Park and Riverview, and working industrial land at Carole Park, Gailes, Dinmore and New Chum.

One thing worth knowing up front. The Redbank workshop is a production floor and isn't open to the public. When you want to see samples, check thread colours or pick up an order, that happens at our Sumner showroom, a straightforward run up the Ipswich Motorway.

How we set up your logo
Before a logo can be stitched it has to be digitised, which means turning the artwork into a stitch file the machine can follow. We do that in-house, so fine text and small details get handled properly rather than guessed at.

T-shirt, screen and DTF printing
Embroidery isn't always the right call. A large, colourful design on a t-shirt is usually better printed, and it's lighter to wear on a hot Ipswich afternoon.

Junior sport is big right across this area, and that's where most of our sublimation goes. Sublimation dyes the design into white or light polyester under heat, so colours run edge to edge and don't crack or fade when the jersey gets handed down to next season's squad.

- Send your logo and what you need to support@shopace.com.au, or call (07) 3180 0610 Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- We recommend a method and quote. Embroidery, print or sublimation, depending on the garment and design.
- You approve the artwork. Larger runs get a sample first.
- We make it at our Redbank workshop, usually within 2–7 business days of approval.
- Collect from Sumner or have it delivered. Pickup is at 10/11 Forge Close, or we deliver across SE QLD.
