For a big run of the same design, screen printing is hard to beat on price per shirt. For photos, gradients or small quantities, DTF printing gives you full colour without heavy setup. Both are handy in an area where there's always a school fete, an estate community day or a charity walk coming up.

Embroidery or printing: a quick guide
For anything worn to work every day, embroidery is usually the better long-term pick. It looks more polished on a polo or shirt and holds its shape wash after wash. Printing wins for big designs, photos and one-off event tees where cost per shirt matters more than longevity. Send us your logo and we'll recommend one, or a mix of both.
Sublimated kit for new junior clubs
New clubs in the valley are a big part of our sublimation work. Netball, soccer, league, touch and AFL teams all want kit in their own colours, and sublimation lets the design run edge to edge with no limit on colours.
The dye goes into white or light polyester under heat, so it won't crack or peel. Each player's name and number is included at no extra cost, because every garment is printed individually.
On stock polyester garments there's no real minimum, which suits a club that's still working out its numbers. Full cut-and-sew kit has a minimum and a longer lead time, so if you're after that for next season, get in touch early. There's more detail on the sports uniforms and sublimation pages.

Getting your order to the Ripley Valley
Your order is made at our workshop in Redbank. That workshop is production only and isn't open to the public, so pickups happen at our Sumner showroom, 10/11 Forge Close. From Springfield Central it's straight up the Centenary Highway. Prefer delivery? We deliver across SE QLD.
How to order
- Email your logo to support@shopace.com.au or call (07) 3180 0610, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Tell us quantities and sizes, even rough ones. We'll suggest garments and a method.
- Approve the artwork. Bigger orders get a sample before the full run.
- We produce it, typically in 2–7 business days from approval.
- Pick up from Sumner or get it delivered to your school, club or business.
