Choosing the right print method
Different Brisbane jobs suit different methods. Larger runs of a simple design are cheapest by screen printing. Full-colour, detailed or smaller runs suit DTF. All-over designs on polyester (like sports tops) use sublimation. We run all three, so the recommendation is based on your job, not on the one machine we happen to own.

Quality that survives the wash
We use quality blanks and cure prints properly. A print that isn't cured right cracks after a few washes, so we don't cut that corner. Your Brisbane shirts hold up wash after wash.

Sublimation printing across Brisbane
Screen printing and DTF cover most of the t-shirt work on this page. Sublimation is the third method, and it is a genuinely different process rather than another way of applying ink.
Heat turns solid dye into a gas that bonds directly with polyester fibres. Nothing is layered onto the shirt, so there is no hand-feel, no cracking, no peeling and no fading at the edges. The design can also run right to the hem and through the seam, which neither screen printing nor DTF can do.
